I worked in a small design studio within Tate Britain as a designer of print materials for Tate Britain, Tate Modern, Tate Liverpool and Tate St. Ives. The work included producing invites, banners, adverts, brochures, folders, programmes, posters, flyers, and leaflets. During this time I set up new templates, supervised all artwork from design to print, and worked closely to brand guidelines, while also being allowed a certain amount of creative freedom. I designed adverts for inclusion in Tate Etc. magazine, assisted the marketing department and helped to brainstorm new ideas for projects. Meetings with print buyers and paper merchants ensured that the final print quality was of a high level. I also worked with external design agencies, and projects that I worked on during this time featured in Creative Review magazine.
